3 Little Irish Girls

We had a pretty fun day celebrating St. Patricks Day. We started off by adding green food coloring to the girls eggs-and we had green eggs for breakfast. Gwen was a little hesitant at first, but once she tasted them and realized that they tasted the same, yellow or green, she loved it and really got into eating green things today. Grace and Georgia just loved the green eggs.

For lunch we had white cheddar mac and cheese, which we then turned green with more green food coloring. The girls loved it, but I had a hard time eating it. Tasted the same...but it's hard to eat something that looks so different and so unappetizing. A lot of fun with food today. The girls got to play with a lot of their friends today, even having one over for a couple hours. They also got to play with their cousin Madison, who made the girls rainbow cookies-thank you so much Aunt Diana and Madison!! We just relaxed the rest of the day, and will have our Irish dinner tomorrow night (Irish stew and soda bread-yum!). What a fun filled day!!

A picture of each of the girls in their green shirts followed by a goofy picture of themselves that they all enjoyed posing for!
